This policy describes how MysticLith (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you visit or shop at mysticlith.com.
Who we are
MysticLith is an independently run online store based in Greece, selling natural crystal jewelry and spiritual tools. You can reach us at mysticlith.shop@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Order and account information: name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number, and order history, collected when you place an order or create an account.
- Payment information: processed directly by our payment providers (WooCommerce Payments and PayPal) — we do not store your full card details on our own servers.
- Wishlist data: the products you save to your wishlist, if you use that feature.
- Website usage data: collected via Google Analytics, only if you consent to it through our cookie banner (see “Cookies” below).
- Comments and reviews: if you leave a product review or comment, we collect the content you submit along with your name, email address, and IP address.
Cookies
We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies to operate the store — for example, to keep items in your cart and remember your session during checkout. These are set automatically and do not require consent, as they are essential to the site functioning.
We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site, but only if you actively consent via the cookie banner shown when you first visit. If you do not consent, or if you decline, Google Analytics does not track you or set analytics cookies. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser’s cookies for this site, which will show the banner again.
International data transfers
Some of the services we use — including Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC) and our payment providers — may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, these providers rely on their own legal safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, to protect your data.
How we use your data
We use your data to process and fulfil orders, communicate with you about your order or questions you send us, maintain your account and wishlist if you use them, and, only with your consent, understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it.
Who we share data with
To fulfil your order, relevant order and shipping details are shared with CJdropshipping, our fulfilment partner, and with our payment providers (WooCommerce Payments, PayPal). We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Your rights
If you are located in the European Union or another jurisdiction with similar protections, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or request a copy of your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain uses of it. Data retention
