We want you to be happy with your MysticLith piece. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work.

Change of mind

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason — no need to explain why. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Pierced earrings

For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned once removed from their sealed packaging, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, contact us within 14 days with a photo. We will resolve this at our own cost — typically with a replacement or a full refund. For lower-value items shipped internationally, we may resolve the issue with a refund or replacement without requiring you to return the item, where that reasonably settles the matter.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order free of charge at any time before it has been dispatched. Once an order has shipped, our standard return process above applies.

Refunds

Once we’ve received your returned item (or proof that you’ve sent it back, whichever comes first), we will issue your refund to your original payment method within the legally required timeframe.

Your legal rights

If you are shopping from the European Union, this policy reflects your right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection law. Nothing in this policy limits any legal rights you have as a consumer.
